This competition is organized by the Qu\u00e9bec Ministry of Immigration, Francisation and Integration. Cendrex earned the award in the SME category while Olymel was the winner in the large company category.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>This is a well-deserved recognition for Cendrex where the term <em>diversity<\/em> not only applies to ethnocultural diversity but extends to women working in the manufacturing sector, persons living with physical or intellectual challenges, as well as individuals of various sexual orientations.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u201cThe company, which had previously been honoured at the MercadOr Qu\u00e9bec gala, consists of individuals from 17 different countries who, together, master a dozen languages,\u201d noted Nadine Girault, Qu\u00e9bec\u2019s minister of International Relations and the Francophonie as well as its Minister of Immigration. \u201cAll employees are encouraged to develop their expertise and versatility in order to grow within the company.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u201cI am very proud to accept the Maurice-Pollack Award on behalf of the wonderful team with whom I have the pleasure of working every day,\u201d stated Cendrex President Francine Pomerleau. \u201cThis award recognizes the contribution of every member of our team, for which I sincerely thank them.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The management of Cendrex Industries congratulates Olymel, the other winning firm as well as all finalists.
